Crossfit Total

PRESS - warmups and then: 170, 180, 185 (pr!)

DEADLIFT - warmups and then: 385, 405, 420 (tied for old pr)

SQUAT - warmups and then: 275, 315, 325 (pr! (and I know, comparatively my squats suck))

total: 930

other stuff

practiced some pullups, and am finally managing to string together the butterfly kips.

then did Mobility WOD day 2.

Yesterday I tried to do the 3x800m run, but once again my phone gps wouldnt work, so I just ran some and walked some.

Never fails...now that I have a good method to post my WODs, I go out of town and can't find time to do them. 

1/16,1/17,1/18...Didn't quite sit on my butt all day, but no real WOD.

10 burpees (1st set 10 "real" pushups, other sets 5 of 10 on toes, others on knees)
10 2-hand bent over dumbbell rows, 8# each hand (could've handled more weight on these)

The burpees are still killing me, but I can tell I'm improving a little bit.

I've been doing my wod's pretty regularly, just not posting. Obviously, writing them down on scraps of paper and then remebering to post when I get to the computer is not working. So, I'm going to post from my phone directly after working out and see if that is successful.
